We sent in our application on Feb. 12/10. Our son did as well. When there was no answer we called and were assured that although it might take 60 days we would definetly get our conditional contract. We contacted our local hydro company and they were happy to connect us up as soon as we were ready. So financing was made, the project built and on March 31/10 it was ready to go. More phone calls to OPA and more promises that we would get our conditional contract ( not a whiff of price change). Then the bomb on Jul 2/10. We re-applied ( what else could we do. Our son was able to change his to roof mount and got his conditional contract on Jul.5/10. We are still waiting!!!!!!!!!! Are we upset....the sneaky beggars will never get our vote again. Class action? You bet; sign us up.
